A Prayer for Christmas time

Lord Jesus,
You are the light of the world.
Help us to remember this when we light our Christmas candles and when we see the Christmas lights around us.
You have said that we can join you in being the light of the world.
Help us to share in the hope that you bring, so that we can bring hope and joy to others this Christmas time.
